PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• Same construction as COMPACT R but with higher-grade protective agents applied to the rope fibers
• Coreless braided rope with unique 12-strand structure
• Strands tightly braided to prevent damage to rope material due to chemical agents and impurities
• Circular cross-section providing similar performance to ropes with inner core
• Polyamide fiber material
• Impregnated and thermo-stabilized using a special combination of protective chemicals

APPLICATION

• Ideal for application in sections using highly aggressive chemical agents
• Ideal for application in sections operating at temperatures up to 160 ºC
• In paper machines at speeds over 800 m/min
• Ideal for application in coating and size press sections
• High grammage paper production
